But since the release of Pokemon Go in 2016, there have been many new genres that have become popular in the mobile space including battle royales, auto-battlers, and even open-world games like Genshin Impact. The last World of Warcraft expansion, Shadowlands, was released in 2020, meaning it’s about time for a new adventure in WoW. Activision Blizzard has revealed that it has 'multiple' free-to-play World of Warcraft games in development for mobile. About a month later on April 19, details for the new WoW expansion will be revealed. Blizzard has been really active in 2022, it has already provided the World of Warcraft players with an all new expansion, Dragonflight. I personally don't mind buying packs, but I know that isn't true for everyone.On March 15, details for the new Hearthstone expansion will be revealed. It seems like Warcraft is coming to mobile gaming. I wish it was a little less pay to win, but I do enjoy it. Hearthstone isn't perfect, but it is good and it has been innovative.

Or - and hear me out - sink those resources into the existing game, and save it from the state it’s in now.
